Job Description
- Conceptualize and launch specific “On ground” activations in partnership with BO’s & FO’s to drive new user acquisition growth.
- Identify potential business partnerships with exiting E-commerce Players and Banks, and establish mutually beneficial collaborations to enhance the company’s presence and offerings in Cambodia.
- Drive NPS to influence retention and repeat purchase.
- Track competitive landscape viz. GDS providers, OTA’s, etc. and develop a strong understanding of the bus operations and ticketing ecosystem in the country.
- Assess the potential of a region, understand specific challenges, and determine the most suitable approach to acquire the inventory.
- Proactively acquire Inventory to capitalize on the market opportunity and negotiate and finalize contracts with Bus operators(BO) and ferry Operators (FO) with the objective to drive revenue growth.
- Hire and train a Business Development team spread across multiple locations.
- Develop and implement operational processes and systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and take corrective actions to achieve business objectives.
The Successful Applicant
- At least 3 years of experience with FMCG, Telecom, or e-commerce organisations handling Sales & Marketing, Business development or vendor management roles.
- Demonstrated ability to hire and build a supply/vendor management team.
- Industry experience – eCommerce/ FMCG/ FMCD/ Telecom/ Transportation
- A proactive, entrepreneurial individual with a constant drive for results
